Once you book the device online you will be issued a ticket number which will be sent to you via email, you will have to add that ticket number with the device while sending the device to us. You can either print the email and put the paper inside the device package or you can just simply write down the ticket number on a paper or envelope itself.
Once your device is fixed we will send it back along with the paperwork. Usually we have all the information in our system so if you have problem with your device in the future we will be able to pull out the information by serial number or ticket number and can offer you warranty service accordingly.

Yes we offer collection by third part courier. If you cannot post the device you can tell us and we will book the collection and send you the label. All you need to do is to print that label and paste on the device package. The courier will come to the address to collect the device and you just have to hand that package over to him and he would bring it to us.
Yes, you are very welcome if you want to drop and collect the device personally. You can either book the device in your nearest store on the website.
